    pektin is based on some fruit. gelatine is taken from pigs or cattle bone, aga aga would be a viable solution, since its won from see weed,

    @smilemerry Most Indian grocery stores carry cans of mango puree (usually alphonso mango). I think some of the larger grocery stores may have it in their ethnic foods section
