To make beef stir fry noodles INGREDIENTS 2 cup Pho’ noodles or Pod- hai noodles (soak noodles in warm water for 20-30 mins,and drain out water) 1/4 lb beef (slice into small bite size) 4 cherry tomatoes halved 1 clove garlic (minced) 1-2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp seasoning sauce 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp water or chicken stock * Cook beef over medium high heat until beef turn pink or done. Add sugar, cheery tomatoes, seasoning sauce. Stir until sauce thicken.Add noodle, dark soy sauce. Stir in water or chicken stock to make noodle cooked and soften.Turn off heat and garnish with beansprouts and chopped green onion.

I’m looking for a recipe for beef stroganoff using beef stew meat, sour cream, and diced tomatoes. I’ve never made it with tomatoes before and would like to try that. Thanks!
